The world's third-largest maker of small turbines, Shanghai Ghrepower Green Energy, aims to release onshore models tailor-made for Japan in June, and increase its turbines here 10-fold in three years. Small builder Qingdao Anhua New Energy Equipment -- ANE for short -- hopes to set up 100 turbines in the country this year.
